Yodel, the UK’s largest parcel delivery company delivered double the normal volume of flowers in the days before 14^th February.

It would seem that romance is still alive and well with the figures suggesting that, despite economic worries, Brits are still keen to impress their other halves by splashing the cash on romantic gestures.

Yodel has several well known floristry clients, including Serenata Flowers which is the UK’s largest independent internet flower delivery service, reflecting the fact that a record proportion of bouquets will be ordered through the internet this year.
