Nevado Roses from Ecuador had a chef on stand conjuring up some delights with the company's much vaunted edible organic rose petals.

The main flower export countries of the world were present, showcasing their flowers and plants. Flor Ecuador used this superb rose exhibit to make their stand a true head turner.

Some familiar faces were on show, with the big names such as Chrysal investing in impressive stands.

Breeding specialist Scheurs never disappoint with their stand - this year a giant heart made out of Red Naomi roses was their star.

With Christmas just around the corner, amaryllis products were of interest to the florists that attended. This stand was dedicated to the 'Amaryllis Experience' and highlighted a whole host of added value sales ideas.

Dutch Creations sponsored a design theatre, which brought together plenty of top Dutch designers. Look out for our slideshow showing the best of the designs from this part of the show.

David Austin were on hand to fly the flag for the UK. Their many different varieties of cut roses drew plenty of admirers.

Caroline presented a seminar all about 'Why florists matter' in the presentation theatre.

All sorts of bizarre exhibits were to be found as breeders tried to outdo each other - this one was by de Ruiter Roses.
